Scope of Services

 

Sackville Property Services provides residential and commercial property maintenance, landscaping, and related services as outlined in written estimates, work orders, or service agreements.

 

Only services specifically listed in the agreed scope of work are included. Any additional work requested outside the original scope may require a revised estimate or additional charges.

 

No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

 

Outdoor and property services are subject to variables beyond our control, including weather conditions, soil quality, drainage, existing site conditions, plant health, and client maintenance practices.

 

As such, Sackville Property Services does not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes, growth results, or long-term conditions beyond the services performed.

 

Client Responsibilities

 

Clients are responsible for:

 

• Providing accurate property information

• Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the service area

• Removing personal items, obstacles, or hazards prior to service

• Identifying underground utilities, irrigation systems, or site-specific concerns

Delays or inability to complete work due to access restrictions, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed site issues may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

Scheduling & Changes

​

Service dates and timelines are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather, site conditions, equipment availability, or scheduling requirements.

Changes to scheduled services, scope of work, or timing must be communicated in advance. Sackville Property Services reserves the right to adjust scheduling as necessary to maintain safety and service quality.

 

Payments & Refunds

 

Payment terms, deposits, and refund limitations are governed by the Service & Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference.

 

Payments for completed services are non-refundable. Corrective service, where appropriate, is the sole remedy offered.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sackville Property Services shall not be held liable for:

 

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions

• Issues caused by weather, soil, drainage, or natural growth

• Client interference or third-party actions

 

Liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the services provided.

 

Property Conditions & Damage

 

While reasonable care is taken during all services, property maintenance and landscaping work may involve inherent risks, including minor disturbances to soil, turf, or surrounding areas.

 

Sackville Property Services is not responsible for damage resulting from hidden or undisclosed conditions, including underground utilities, irrigation systems, or unstable structures.

 

Acceptance of Terms

 

By requesting, scheduling, or authorizing services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the associated Service & Payment Policy.

 

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice and apply to all services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
