Service & Payment Policy
Sackville Property Services provides professional residential and commercial property maintenance, landscaping, and installation services. The following policy outlines our service and payment terms to ensure clear expectations for all parties.
Payments & Fees
Payment is due as outlined in the agreed scope of work, estimate, or invoice.

For recurring maintenance services, payment terms will be established prior to the start of service and may be billed on a scheduled basis.

For one-time services or projects, payment may be required upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits & Scheduling
Deposits may be required for certain services, projects, or installations.
Deposits secure scheduling, labour, and materials and are non-refundable once work is scheduled.

Scheduled service dates are reserved specifically for the client and may not be recoverable if cancelled on short notice.
Service Concerns & Corrective Work
If a service is believed to be incomplete or not performed in accordance with the agreed scope of work, concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Where appropriate, Sackville Property Services will review the concern and may arrange corrective service at our discretion. Corrective service is the sole remedy offered in place of refunds.
Weather & Site Conditions
Many services are dependent on weather, soil conditions, access, and site readiness. Delays or variations caused by weather, ground conditions, or client-provided information do not constitute grounds for refunds.
Access & Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the service area at the scheduled time. Delays or inability to complete work due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, or unprepared sites may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting and authorizing services from Sackville Property Services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Service & Payment Policy.
